There is no Spring.

Snowflakes falling all over town,
Slipping, sliding, everybody rushing round.
There’s a frosty chill in the air,
Telling us that winter’s really here.
Oh, I’m so glad that winter is here,
Grab your sled and let out a happy cheer
Because it’s snowing, blowing, all through the day
Winter winds will surely blow your cares away!
– some song I had to sing in chorus 4 years in a row

Same here… I remember singing that song over and over again…
Amazing the things we remember, eh? I haven’t heard or sung the song in easily 12 years, and yet it sticks in my head all the time.
omg! i had to sing this song for like 2 or 3 years too! it’s been forever but somehow it’s still in my brain–taking up room, if you ask me. yeah, all the chorus teachers have a conspiracy…….they want to brainwash us…….
… and I am going to teach it to children again this year!
Oh please do, Kathie, keep the tradition of “chorus songs you’ll never forget” alive and well
OMG I am in 6th grade choir and am singing that!!! My concert is tomorrow!! LOL ;]
Yeah, Had to do it to. But we sang it while another group sang jingle bells at the same time.
I think we may have done it with Jingle Bells at one point as well. Too confusing, if you ask me.
I love this song! We sang it in my 5th grade chorus and Mrs. McClung was my teacher! We sang this and then went straight into jingle bells. That was 21 years ago. My kids love to sing this now. LOL!
[...] snowflakes falling all over town, slipping…: Apparently this person had the same chorus teacher I did, or all chorus teachers force their students to sing the same retarded songs around the world. (from this post) [...]
